Coconette-oz is a small independent boutique with a penchant for quirky and whimsical designs.
Launched in 2011, with designs from just 2 labels, Coconette-oz has now grown to include the work of a number of local and international independent designers. All pieces have been individually selected for inclusion in the collections and I hope you love them as much as I do.

Postage Costs:
Within Australia: $11.95 for fully tracked EXPRESS post (FREE if spending $80 or more)
New Zealand: $10 fully tracked Airmail (FREE if spending $150 AUD or more)* However, see note below re insurance for orders over $400 AUD *
United Kingdom: Unfortunately due to challenges for small Australian businesses selling to UK after Brexit, we are currently not able to ship to UK.
All Other Countries: $18 fully tracked postage * See note below re insurance orders over $180 AUD *
* If an International order exceeds $400 AUD (to NZ) or $180 AUD (to any other country) the parcel must be insured to its full value and that insured International postage cost would need to be paid by the buyer. This is for the protection of both Buyer and Seller for high value international deliveries. I hope you understand why this is necessary.
Note for customers outside Australia: Depending on your country, any internationally purchased items may be subject to your country's locally imposed customs fees. This is outside of our control.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Your item will be lodged with Australia Post within 24 hrs of purchase and delivered within their standard timeframes or those of their international partners where applicable. A tracking number will be provided.

Return Policy:
I hope you are happy with your purchase from Coconette-oz. But, if you're not, you can certainly exchange it. Just contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to organise. Any returned item, must include the packaging, box and label, and is to be sent via a tracked service and be in the same condition as you received it. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer. Please note that the item you select as an exchange will require a postage cost to be paid, regardless of value, if your original purchase enjoyed Free Postage. This is to cover my out of pocket expense for sending the original item. I trust that you will understand why, as a very small business, I need to do this. Thanks!

In the unlikely event of your item being faulty on arrival, please contact me immediately on receipt of item to discuss.
Stock Availability and Cart Updates:
Please note, placing an item in the cart does not exclusively 'reserve' the item. An item in your cart may become unavailable if purchased by another customer ahead of your checkout completion. Occasionally, during peak times such as during a release, multiple people can have the same item in their cart simultaneously. And it may be the last one available. When one customer completes their payment within a split second ahead of the next, the automatic Shopify inventory system is not always fast enough to update the item as sold out, and remove it from the cart . As such, an item may be inadvertently purchased when it was actually no longer available. In this case the affected customer will be notified asap and a full refund provided. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause, but this issue exists across many websites during periods of high volume simultaneous checkouts

From time to time, special offers and promotions may be available. Please check the details in promotional emails you receive or on website or social media re each offer's specific terms. As always, only one offer per order can be redeemed at any one time.
