How Do I Join the Coconette-oz Rewards Program?

If you already have an account you are in the Rewards Program. If not, simply create an account now   and you will be included. To see your points/rewards just login to your account and then click on the 'Rewards' icon at the bottom right of any page.  Your personalised Rewards activity can also be viewed on the Home Page if you are logged in. 


How do I earn loyalty points?
Points are earned when you create an account, and with every order and even when you have a birthday!

Points earned with an order will become available within 24 hours ( after your order has been fully completed and fulfilled)

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
Log in to your account first and then click on the 'Rewards' icon at bottom of page. Once the Rewards popup window appears , if you have enough points for a reward, you will see a 'Redeem 'button. Simply click this button and  you will be taken to a slider which you can use to select the number of points you would like to use - for every 100 points you have accrued you can select to use any amount of your available points with each 100 points adding a further $5 to your Reward. For example - see slider below where 600 points is being used to redeem a $30 Reward ( i.e. reward of $5 for every 100 points)

Once you have selected the total amount of points to use you will receive a coupon code for the relevant value.  You can use your code immediately or keep it ready to use later.

 

Please note: Rewards applicable to points values may change from time to time  or have a limited time frame. 

How do I use my rewards?
Rewards are issued as discount coupon codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout.

Where do I enter the code?
On the Customer Information step at checkout there is a discount field. On desktops and laptops this can be found on top right of Customer Information page and on mobile you will need to click the Show Order Summary link at top

My points history seems different to my order history - why might that be?
The amounts paid shown in your order history include what you paid for postage.  Loyalty rewards are earned only on the items purchased, not the postage.  

Do points have an Expiry Date?
Yes. If there has been no activity at all on an account for more than 1 year, the Loyalty points will be set back to zero - you will however receive an email notification 7 days before the expiry date and another reminder 24 hours before expiry to give you a chance to use them before they expire or to contact me if you would like them to stay for a bit longer.

Terms and Conditions

  • Individual coupons can only be redeemed once
  • Only one coupon can be used at a time 
  • Loyalty Rewards are for your personal use only. Bulk purchases of the same / single design in one order will only earn points on 1 of those items 
  • Please check the terms associated with any Reward. 
  • If you redeem your coupon for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • In the event of a customer causing disruptions or trouble to the business, an account may be cancelled, in which case their points in the Loyalty program will become inaccessible.
