Coconette-oz is a small independent boutique with a love of quirky and whimsical jewellery designs.
Launched in 2011, with designs primarily from Erstwilder, Coconette-oz has now grown to include the work of a number of local and international independent designers. Customers from around the world have enjoyed fast turnaround times from order to dispatch, fully tracked and insured postage, loyalty rewards and responsive customer service.
All pieces in store have been individually selected for inclusion in the collections and I hope you love them as much as I do.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Postage Costs:
Within Australia: $11.95 for fully tracked EXPRESS post (FREE if spending $120 or more)
New Zealand: $14 fully tracked Airmail However, see note below re required insurance for international orders over $150 AUD *
United Kingdom: Unfortunately due to challenges for small Australian businesses selling to UK after Brexit, we are currently not able to ship to UK.
United States: Unfortunately due to taxes now imposed by the U.S. and the resulting challenges for small Australian businesses, we are unable to ship to the U.S
All Other Countries: $25 AUD fully tracked postage * However, see note below re required international insurance on orders over $150 AUD *
* If an order to countries other than Australia exceeds $150 AUD there are increased postage costs associated with the weight and the need for the parcel be insured to its full declared value . This International postage cost would need to be paid by the buyer. This is for the protection of both Buyer and Seller for higher value and weight international deliveries. I hope you understand why this is necessary
Note for customers outside Australia: Depending on your country, any internationally purchased items may be subject to your country's locally imposed customs fees. This is outside of our control.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays will be packed and processed same day . Orders placed on a weekend will be packed and processed on the next business day. It may take 24 hours for your first AusPost scan to occur and your parcel will be delivered within their standard timeframes or those of their international partners where applicable.
A tracking number will be provided for deliveries within Australia.
For international deliveries standard airmail applies unless your country has a tracking service,in which case the tracked service option will be shown to you at checkout

Return Policy:
I hope you are happy with your purchase from Coconette-oz. But, if you're not, you can certainly exchange it. Just contact me ASAP after receipt of your order to organise. Any returned item, must be sent back within 7 days, and include the packaging, box and any tags, and is to be sent via a tracked service and be in the same condition as you received it.
Notes:
- for health reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Please make your selection carefully.
In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, please contact us immediately on receipt to discuss. Customer service is very important to us and we will assist with replacement or refund of a defective item once returned to us.
