WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS?

Within Australia: $8.95 for fully tracked EXPRESS  post  (FREE  if spending $80 or more)

New Zealand: $10 fully tracked Airmail  (FREE if spending $150 AUD or more)See note below re insurance for orders over $400 AUD *

United Kingdom:  Unfortunately due to challenges for small Australian businesses selling to UK after Brexit, we are currently not able to ship to UK.  

All Other Countries: $18 fully tracked postage  * See note below re insurance orders over $180 AUD *

* If an International order exceeds $400 AUD  (to NZ) or $180 AUD  (to any other country)  the parcel must be insured to its full value and that insured International postage cost  would need to be paid by the buyer. This is for the protection of both Buyer and Seller for high value international deliveries. I hope you understand why this is necessary.

 

Note for customers outside Australia: Depending on your country, any internationally purchased items may be subject to your country's locally imposed customs fees. This is outside of our control.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Your item will be lodged with Australia Post within 24 hrs of purchase and will be delivered within their standard timeframes or those of their international partners where applicable.

A tracking number will be provided for deliveries within Australia.

For international deliveries standard airmail applies unless your country has a tracking service,in which case the tracked service option will be shown to you at checkout

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We offer several payment options, so there is sure to be a way that works best for you...

You can:

just select your preferred option on the last screen of the checkout process

If you don't wish to use the Credit Card or PayPal  payment system, then payment via Direct Bank Deposit / Transfer is also possible. Please email us via the CONTACT US  form if you wish to use the bank deposit/transfer option. We will then provide you with our bank details for you to complete the transfer. (Note: Bank Transfer is only for customers located in Australia).

RETURN POLICY

I hope you are happy with your purchase from Coconette-oz. But, if you're not, you can certainly exchange it.

Just contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to organise.  Any returned item, must include the packaging, box and label, and is to be sent via a tracked service and be in the same condition as you received it. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer. Please note that the item you select as an exchange will require a postage cost to be paid, regardless of value, if your original purchase enjoyed Free Postage. This is to cover my out of pocket expense for sending the original item. I trust that you will understand why, as a very small business, I need to do this. Thanks!

Notes:  

  • for health reason, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. Please make your selection carefully.

In the unlikely event of your item being faulty on arrival, please contact me immediately on receipt of item to discuss.
